We accept most dental insurance plans and are happy to assist you in submitting your dental claims for services rendered.
Our professionally trained administrative team will be glad to research and assist you with your dental benefit information. Some insurance companies will limit the information given to providers, so it is important for patients to remember that the insurance is between the patient and the insurance company. Any information we convey to patients about insurance, from the insurance company, is not a guarantee of payment and is only an estimate.
If specific information is needed, patients are encourgage to contact their insurance company directly.
Non Insured Patients
We offer a Dental Discount Plan for uninsured patients. Our Dental Discount Plan is desinged to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care.
With your Discount Dental Plan there are:
- NO yearly maximums
- NO deductibles
- NO claim forms
- NO pre-authoriztion requirements
- NO waiting periods
Benefits include:
2 cleanings in 12 month cycle
Full set of X-rays as required for every visit
Unlimited problem focused exams
Perio charting in 12 month cycle
Free toothbrush, floss & toothpaste at each visit
20% discount on other treatment (Fillings, deep cleanings, crowns, bridges, implant restorations and placements, dentures, partial dentures, root canals, extractions, and wisdom teeth extractions)
Cost: $295 per year/per patient
Registration Fee: $30.00 one time fee
